Careers

Leading Futures Alternative Provision focuses on equipping its learners with the essential skills and experiences needed to thrive in the workforce. Within our curriculum, we address individual learning needs and foster personal growth, ensuring learners are not only prepared academically but also practically for their future careers

Our curriculum integrates employability skills such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and time management, all of which are crucial for success in any career. Additionally, we aim to provide learners with the opportunity to engage in work placements, and real-world projects that enhance their knowledge and provide them with hands-on experience, making them more competitive in the job market.

In addition to building academic and vocational skills, Leading Futures Alternative Provision offers personalised career guidance, helping learners explore various career paths and understand the qualifications and experiences required to succeed in different fields. Through one-on-one mentoring, career advice, and guidance on post-16 choices, we ensure learners have a clear understanding of their options and are empowered to make informed decisions about their futures.
