SEND Provision Reviews

We provide comprehensive SEND reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of existing SEND provisions within schools and educational settings. Our team conducts thorough evaluations of policies, practices, and learner outcomes, offering recommendations for improvement.

Through these reviews, we help schools assess how well they are meeting the needs of SEND learners and identify areas for development. Our reviews ensure that SEND provisions are compliant with regulations and align with best practices, helping schools to enhance their support for learners with additional needs.

SENDCo Support and Guidance Package

Leading Futures Education Services offers specialised support for new, unqualified, or more experienced Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinators (SENDCos), ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and confidence to effectively manage SEND provision within their schools. Our services include tailored mentoring, professional development, and guidance that covers key areas such as SEND legislation, SEND Policy, developing effective Individual Education Plans (IEPs), and best practices for supporting a diverse range of learners.

Through hands-on guidance and practical strategies, we empower new SENDCos to build strong SEND frameworks, foster inclusive learning environments, and make informed decisions that enhance outcomes for learners with Special Educational Needs.

Our aim is to provide the essential support and expertise that helps unqualified or less experienced SENDCos transition into their roles with a deeper understanding of SEND leadership and a clear pathway to becoming fully qualified.

EHCP Application/ Referral Support

Leading Futures Education Services offers expert support to schools in writing referral forms and Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) applications, ensuring that the process is thorough, accurate, and in the best interests of the learner.

Our team works closely with school staff to gather the necessary evidence, including assessments, observations, and input from teachers and specialists, to build strong, well-documented applications. We guide schools through the legal and procedural aspects of the EHCP process, helping to ensure that all requirements are met and that the application clearly reflects the learner's needs and the support required to meet those needs.

By providing advice on how to present information effectively and advocating for the appropriate provision, we help schools maximise the chances of a successful outcome, ensuring that learners with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities receive the tailored support they need to succeed.

Personalised Learning Programmes

Leading Futures Education Services provides expert support to schools in developing personalised learning programmes tailored to the unique needs of learners with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Our team works closely with school staff to design and implement individualised plans that focus on each learner’s strengths, challenges, and learning preferences.

We assist in setting realistic and measurable learning objectives, incorporating appropriate accommodations and interventions, and ensuring alignment with both academic goals and social-emotional development. By adopting a holistic, learner-centered approach, we help schools create supportive, flexible learning environments where every learner can thrive. Our expertise ensures that personalised learning programmes are effective, engaging, and adapted to promote success at every stage of a learner's educational journey.
