Leading Futures Education Services offers specialised support for new, unqualified, or more experienced Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinators (SENDCos), ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and confidence to effectively manage SEND provision within their schools. Our services include tailored mentoring, professional development, and guidance that covers key areas such as SEND legislation, SEND Policy, developing effective Individual Education Plans (IEPs), and best practices for supporting a diverse range of learners.

They deliver impactful and engaging presentations to a variety of audience sizes, including; group of people at an event, conference, seminar, or corporate gathering. Their presentations are designed to inspire, educate, or motivate the audience, often setting the tone for the rest of the event.

At Leading Futures, we provide a specialised tutoring service for home-educated learners.

Our offerings include baseline assessments to identify individual learning needs, the creation of bespoke targets and the development of learning programmes.

Within sessions, we focus on key areas such as mathematics, English, reading, and home learning projects, where we can guide and support parents and caregivers to effectively assist their children in their educational journey.
