Uniform
Uniforms play an important role in defining the ethos of an educational setting and setting clear standards. They foster a sense of belonging among learners and pride in their school community

We have carefully designed our uniform to be as inclusive as possible while also considering its affordability for parents and carers.

Full details of our uniform can be found in our 'Engagement for Learning' policy. Click the link below to access our 'Policies' page.

Cost of Uniform

We understand that purchasing a new uniform when a child attends a new provision can be a concern for parents/carers. To help ease the financial burden, we offer payment plans that allow you to spread the cost over time, ensuring that it remains manageable and does not cause undue hardship.
Purchasing Uniform
Monitoring Uniform
All staff members are responsible for ensuring that learners wear the correct Leading Futures uniform. Learners are expected to adhere to the uniform policy at all times.

Parents or carers must inform the provision, either in writing or verbally, if a learner is unable to wear the correct uniform for any reason.

Uniforms will be checked upon entry to the provision. Any uniform issues can be quickly addressed, as spare uniforms are available for learners to borrow for the day, to be returned at the end of the school day.

For learners who consistently fail to wear the correct uniform:
-
A staff member will contact the parent or carer to discuss the possible reasons for non-compliance
-
Learners may lose Star Points. A repeated loss of Star Points may result in a meeting with the parent or carer
